We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. Items purchased from Onska are eligible for a free return/exchange, if returned within 4 days of delivery, in unused condition, with original tags and the packaging bag intact.

Post 4 days, it won’t be possible to exchange / return under any circumstances. Also, we don’t provide a second exchange / return. Please make sure you choose the correct size/colour while exchanging it for the first time.

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you can raise an exchange request from our website.

NOTE: In Case of multiple items exchange / return, you have to place a request individually.

 

Returning one item purchased during a combo

If you have purchased two or multiple items from a combo and choose to return either one of them, then the return amount credited would be as per the individual item price and not the combo price.

Eg. If you purchase 2 cotton trousers for Rs. 1399 while one of them is priced at Rs.799  and choose to return one of them - then you will be refunded Rs. 600 (1399-799). Similar Terms & Conditions will be applicable in other product categories as well.

 

In exchanging for something else? 

In the case of an exchange, you are also allowed to choose a different product of the same or lesser value. If the value of the replacement product is less, the same can be refunded to you as store credit/refund to your bank account within 48-72 working hours once the parcel is picked from your place.

Refund Policy

At ONSKA, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may request a refund in accordance with our policy outlined below:

Eligibility for Refund:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Refund requests must be initiated within 4 days of receiving the item.

Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at onskalabel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a parcel pickup from your provided address. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

Refund Timeline:

  • After the parcel has been picked up and inspected by our quality assurance team, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 48-72 hours of the parcel being picked up.
  • The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Items:
  • Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom-made products. This will be clearly stated on the product page if applicable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at onskalabel@gmail.com with details and photos of the defect. We will provide a replacement or refund as per your preference, after verification.

Additional Information:

  • ONSKA reserves the right to reject any refund request that does not meet our policy criteria.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
